Paul Pernicone is a Licensed Mortgage Originator with AnnieMac Home Mortgage. Paul has been originating residential loans for purchase and refinance for over 10 years, and also handles Reverse Mortgages.
Loan products that Paul works with include: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, FHA True Streamlines, and Jumbo mortgages.
Paul prides himself on providing a professional but personal touch with all his clients and referral sources. Timely communication and round-the-clock availability are hallmarks of Paul’s work ethic.
Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Prior to working as a mortgage professional, Paul was the president of a men’s import apparel company servicing the largest retailers in the U.S.
Currently, Paul is a member of BNI (Business Networking International) Capital Gains Chapter, Freehold, NJ and an Affiliate Member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors.
Paul resides with his wife Denise in Jackson, NJ.
