With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have helped homebuyers across the country navigate every type of market and financing situation since entering the business in 2002. Over the course of my career, experience has been built across nearly every side of the mortgage business, including loan origination, sales management, mortgage operations, processing, compliance, and loan structuring.
That experience provides clients with more than just someone who can quote an interest rate. It provides a mortgage professional who understands how loans are reviewed, approved, structured, and successfully closed from start to finish.
After spending more than 15 years working directly with borrowers as a loan officer, the last decade has included a strong focus on mortgage operations, product guidelines, and complex loan structuring. This combination of client experience and operational knowledge helps create smoother transactions, stronger communication, and financing solutions tailored to each borrower’s unique situation.
Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, veteran, self-employed borrower, 1099 borrower, W-2 employee, real estate investor, or client utilizing asset-based income or specialty financing programs, every loan is approached with a hands-on strategy focused on finding the right solution for the client’s financial goals.
Experience includes a wide range of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR,1099, P&L, Asset Depression, renovation financing, down payment assistance programs, and specialized financing solutions for borrowers with unique income situations.
