David Frankel is a passionate and driven bilingual mortgage loan officer at Annie-Mac. He draws on broad experience to offer a unique perspective and commitment to helping his clients achieve their goals. David began his real estate career as a sheetrock taper in New York City in 2001. Since then, he has spent over two decades in real estate. He has managed millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential property, given back to his community as an employee of his neighborhood Boys’ Club, and worked as a project manager for prestigious and unique multi-million dollar projects, including in the Museum of Natural History. David specializes in purchases and refinances for conventional, FHA/VA, and non-QM loans, and investment property purchases.
David moonlights as a salsa singer, collects old vinyl records, is fluent in Spanish, and has a profound knowledge of piano repair. He lives in Cranston with his wife and two daughters. David is an active NAHREP member, board member of the Mae Organization for the Homeless, and treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors RI.
