Based in New York, Ruth has been originating loans since 2020 and is known for her calm, reassuring style, and clear communication. Her clients—especially first-time buyers—appreciate that she takes the time to explain every step, so they feel confident and supported from start to finish.
What sets Ruth apart is her dependability and problem-solving mindset. When challenges arise, she doesn’t panic—she gets to work. One moment that shaped her approach was helping a family who had sold their home and were living in a hotel after an appraisal came in $75K short with another lender. Ruth stepped in, submitted their loan, and the appraisal came in at value. She closed the loan in less than 21 days so they could move out of the hotel and into their beautiful new home. That experience reinforced her belief that borrowers deserve a guide who will go the extra mile when it matters most.
Outside of work, Ruth is a proud mom of two girls and a grandma to two boys. She loves taking Pilates classes, traveling, and finding new ways to stay active and inspired.
