Brian was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He made him self available at anytime that was most convenient for me. He also stepped up and took over responsibilities for other who were not doing their job correctly to make sure the loan closed in a timely matter.

Being that this was the second time in 20 years I have relied on Mudzingwa for my home refi needs, both times he was polite and professional and the process went smoothly. Although with my excellent credit rating I certainly feel a lower interest rate could have been achieved. However Mr. Mhiripiri did help me with a couple goals, lowering my monthly payment and some cash out for home repairs and updates. I would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.
