I am big on communication and I felt the lines of communication were open during this transaction. I never felt that I needed to chase anyone down for information.

What made my experience great with Steve and his team? Their courtesy, confidence, precision, and speed. We just bought two properties in Jan. in PA. Had plans to build but that was put to bed with the prices of materials. Then, 2 months later, our dream home (quite literally) as well as a deal on a 4 family fell into our laps. Amanda was great with communication, she always kept me updated throughout the whole process of refinancing. If there was a rare occasion that she didn’t pick up the first time I called she always called back within the hour. She helped me through the whole process, answered any questions I had, and helped myself get the best rate possible lowering my mortgage almost $200 a month!
