Superb customer service & communication skills, quick turn around time on emailed request and readily accessible over the phone. I had 6 closing with 6 different clients, 6 different mortgage companies in Dec/Jan, Sharon was my #1 loan officer out of the 6. She was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and reliable. I did not have to leave a ton of voice messages, text message, and "any update" emails to get status or an answer on a question.
