Susan has been great with the two refis she helped us complete. She's been very attentive and responsive to our many questions during the whole process. She always made us feel we were her most important client. I would recommend her to anybody needing a new mortgage or interested in doing a refi.

the process was positive, hopeful and very comforting. The communication of the team was very interpersonal, it was like dealing with a team who truly cared about your wants and needs. I never thought going through a lender was this amazing, but it was a smooth transition for me and less stress of using a bank that dose not take the time out and answer all your questions.
