I recently refinanced my home, and due to Covid and other issues the process took me 11 months. The final person I went through to refinance was Eric Hutton and I can honestly say it was a refreshing experience! He was incredibly responsive with any and every question I had. Not only was he very patient with me, his answers were always informative and easy to understand. If I ever need to get another mortgage or refinance I would 100% go to Eric again. Overall amazing to work with and gets you the best deal!

Susan was recommended to us by a co-worker. We gave her a call and right away she began the process for us to get us a pre-approval letter. Once pre-approved she informed us of the different loans we would qualify for and the best ones that would suit our needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced in this field, answering all questions and reassuring us throughout the whole process. Felicia was proactive, prompt, friendly and helpful. Except for the managers choosing an unreliable appraiser in the beginning, the transaction was very smooth. The unreliable appraiser was replaced with a reliable one with very little time lost. That is an amazing feat in this market! But both, she and her manager, managed it! We closed late, but it could have been much, much more delayed. Hats off to them for getting the deal to the finish line! Very grateful!
