Chuck is very patient, friendly, and proactive MLO. He is not only very professional but also very thoughtful for my interest. He had guided me through every step of the process. I feel very lucky to have Chuck be my MLO, and I have learned a lot from him as well. He would be a MLO any mortgagee would like to have.
