Steve’s team was able to make the process as smooth as possible even though I was out of the country at the time. I thought it would be more of an issue to deal with but they made it easy.

Over all it was good, our only suggestion would be more communication throughout the whole process of what was happening. The videos at the end were great when our loan was approved or at closing, it may be something to look at providing additional videos earlier on through the process during underwriting. It would lead to a more transparent and fluid communication.
