Smooth refi. Biggest issue involved secure upload portal. Once something was uploaded it disappears. Makes it hard to track what you have done.

Having issues with the processing side asking for things that have been previously sent. This seems to consistently be an issue. Also, having a mortgage commitment condition of regarding solar panels that the home doesn’t have solar panels. Or being asked to redo an agreement of sale for a tv bracket and window treatments which do not affect the value. This has been frustrating not only for my but my clients. It’s raises concerns with the processing and underwriting.
