It’s hard to put into words how amazing Adam was through my first home buying experience. Every single step of the way, he helped me tremendously. Thanks to him, I knew what I needed to do, and when i needed to do it . He takes the time to walk you through each step, as well as prepares you for the next. He made being a first time home buyer such an effortless process; I wish I would have done it years sooner. Buying a home can be intimidating, but not with Adam Groblewski!

From start to finish our refinance process was extremely smooth and such a pleasant experience. We got a great rate, closing costs were very minimal, and the entire team we worked with was super helpful. Jenni was there every step of the way explaining each step and answering any question we had, and Lisa got our file pushed through quickly so we could close when we wanted to. We also closed from the comfort of our home in less than 30 minutes! Everything about the refinance was easy and even enjoyable. Greg was referred to me by a friend of mine who is a realtor. I actually wasn't always the most responsive to Greg as our family had been very busy, but he was patient and continued to keep me informed. He went over a few different options for us, made some recommendations based on our specific situation, and a few weeks later we were closing on our refinance at a much lower rate! Practice more patience. I had many questions and sometimes may have even asked some more than once. There were times I felt talked down to. If a buyer no matter the amount of the mortgage loan asks questions it is important to answer them without making the person feel like an irritant. My daughter is working with you now as a first time buyer and I want her to feel comfortable asking you questions..
