It was great to be able to speak the same language, and to have somebody answering all the questions you have, it was a very stressful time, serching for papers, statements, etc, , but Carolina Polania always had a way to help us ,when we were feeling stock with the process.

Great experience. Even though there were difficulties through the COVID situation, Craig and his team made it as easily as could be accomplished. Through there constant communication and email updates on the progress, it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone interested in refinancing.

Quick response from text and email. Processing was slower than first mortgage many years ago but quicker than most current mortgage application that I’m aware of. Nearly all paperwork done electronically except for closing. Efficient operations during this pandemic.
