Terry Hassell is a Tulsa-born real estate professional and mortgage loan originator who brings decades of real estate experience to the financing side of homeownership. After helping buyers and sellers navigate hundreds of home transactions throughout Oklahoma, Terry expanded his services into mortgage lending to provide clients with more comprehensive guidance throughout the home-buying and selling process. Terry’s career in real estate began with the launch of OKByOwner in 1997, an early online platform designed to help homeowners market their properties on the internet. Recognizing the growing role of digital marketing in real estate, the platform helped connect buyers and sellers long before online home searches became common. Since entering the real estate industry professionally in 2002, Terry has owned and operated several real estate companies and currently leads M&T Realty Group, serving clients throughout Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Northeastern Oklahoma. His experience helping clients buy and sell hundreds of homes provides valuable insight into property values, market conditions, and the overall home-buying process. Terry also brings practical construction knowledge from his time working with Hilti, a global leader in construction tools and technology. This background helps him better understand property improvements, structural considerations, and the factors that influence a home’s value. By combining real estate brokerage experience with mortgage lending, Terry helps clients better understand both the financial and property aspects of a home purchase. His goal is to make the financing process clear, efficient, and aligned with each client’s long-term goals. A lifelong Tulsa resident, Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
