Pat Staffa is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. After graduating college Pat chose to switch career fields to banking and finance. Pat now has over 10 years of experience in production and management, non- conforming and conforming lending, government lending and new construction lending.
Pat contributes his success to providing superior service to all his referral sources and clients. Pat has several mottos that he lives by such as “under promise and over deliver”, “treat them right the first time and they will continue to be loyal” and my “Customer for Life Policy”.
Pat has established many referral sources of business such as Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents and Investment representatives. The majority of Pat’s business comes from previous clients and referrals from previous clients.
