Mike Patlen is a Senior Loan Officer with deep, local knowledge of all things North Jersey, while also focusing on lending in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He began his career in mortgage lending in 2006 and has built a reputation for consistency, clear communication, and a calm approach that helps clients feel comfortable and confident from the very first call.
Mike works with homebuyers, homeowners, and referral partners who value honesty and thorough guidance. His focus is on making the process clear and stress-free—because buying a home isn’t something you just wake up and decide to do. It takes planning, teamwork, and the right guide to make it happen. Mike takes that responsibility seriously, knowing that purchasing a home is often the most important transaction of a person’s life.

Outside of work, Mike is all about family and community. He’s a proud dad to Lily (12) and Leo (10), and a dog dad to Winston. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him coaching AYF football, playing completely average golf, fly fishing, skiing, or hunting down hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Summers at the Jersey Shore and winters in Vermont keep him grounded and connected to the places he loves most.
