Prior to joining AnnieMac Home Mortgage, Megan served as Vice President of Strategic Growth for Avèro Advisors, a national public sector consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation, ERP consulting, business process redesign, and technology strategy. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving significant company growth, leading marketing and business development initiatives, overseeing proposal strategy, and cultivating relationships with organizations and leaders across the country.
Her experience in strategic consulting and client engagement strengthened her ability to understand complex financial conversations, communicate effectively, and build trust through meaningful relationships. Before her consulting career, Megan worked with First Horizon Bank in Private Client Banking and Trust Services, where she gained valuable experience in financial services, client relationship management, and personalized banking solutions. During her time in banking, she worked closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored guidance, further developing the relationship-focused approach that continues to define her professional style today.
