Kevin kept us informed along the way, related key issues, requested the relevant information. He made sure that we were ehading in the right direction to close on our closing date. If we would not have closed then, we would have lost $150,000. Not related to Kevin or his performance - the last minute acceptance from the underwriters was stressful!...
