Jason Leibowitz is the Executive Vice President of Sales serving teams across the United States, with a home base in the Philadelphia and New York markets. Jason began his career in mortgage lending in 1997 and stepped into leadership in 2001, driven by a commitment to loyalty, consistency, and strategic growth. Over the years, he has been fortunate enough to help build two direct lending companies and learn from incredible professionals along the way—experiences that shaped his approach to leadership and business planning.

Jason is known for his ability to navigate market changes and challenges with clarity and confidence. He works closely with internal support departments and referral partners to create strategies that drive success for everyone involved. His leadership style is rooted in honesty and straightforward communication, ensuring that teams and partners feel comfortable, safe, and supported at every step. For Jason, leadership is not about titles—it’s about relationships, collaboration, and helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Jason is a proud father of two, a husband, son, and brother who cherishes family and friends. He considers his co-workers an extension of that family, which reflects in the culture he builds within his teams. This personal commitment to connection and trust is what makes Jason a respected leader and a valued partner in the mortgage industry.
