For the past 40 years, Cathy has seen a variety of homebuying markets and one thing that has always been true, homeownership has been a way to build wealth. She has expertise to guide customers with all levels of home buying experience from their first home to building an investor portfolio of properties.

It has always been important to her that she build relationships based on trust and integrity. She has a reputation for keeping her customers well-informed at every step of the loan process so that the experience feels more like a team working together.

When she is not helping her customers achieve their homeownership dreams, she is working on her container garden designs or as a tireless advocate for abused and neglected children as a CASA/GAL (Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian ad Litem).
