Mount Laurel, NJ – July 10, 2025 – AnnieMac Home Mortgage proudly welcomes Jeff Hutchinson as Senior Vice President of Retail Production and announces the official co-founding of its Momentum Group division by Hutchinson, Ian Aubourg, and Rick Dionne.
With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, Hutchinson has built a reputation as a strategic leader and respected recruiter. As the founder of Hutchinson Mortgage Recruiting (HMR), he led one of the East Coast’s top recruiting firms, helping generate billions in production through elite talent placement and M&A advisory for lenders nationwide. While HMR will continue to operate independently, Jeff will shift his day-to-day focus to AnnieMac and the national expansion of the Momentum Group.
“For me, this move is about growth—both personally and professionally,” said Hutchinson. “AnnieMac offers the scale, agility, and culture that align with where I believe the industry is headed. With Momentum Group, we’ve built a team that’s lean, highly capable, and focused on execution. Now, with AnnieMac’s support, we can take that to a whole new level.”
Momentum Group—AnnieMac’s national retail growth engine, was quietly launched in 2024 and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing teams in the industry. With nearly 100 team members already on board and projected loan volume of over $600 million for 2025, Momentum Group represents a modern approach to building high-performing mortgage teams.
“Partnering with Jeff has been a long time in the making,” said Ian Aubourg, Momentum Group Co-Founder. “We’ve shared a vision for years about how mortgage should be done—efficiently, ethically, and with a deep respect for the people in the trenches. AnnieMac gives us the foundation to execute on that vision.”
Rick Dionne, fellow Co-Founder of Momentum Group, added, “Jeff brings unmatched energy, leadership, and authenticity to the table. His ability to connect people and build teams is second to none. Together, we’re focused on doing great work with great people and AnnieMac is the right place to do it.”
AnnieMac CEO Joe Panebianco also expressed enthusiasm about the move: “Jeff’s expertise and passion for the business are evident in everything he does. His leadership will play a critical role as we continue to scale and evolve AnnieMac’s retail presence nationwide.”
