David began his real estate career as a sheetrock taper in New York City in 2001. Since then, he has spent over two decades in real estate. He has managed millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential property, given back to his community as an employee of his neighborhood Boys’ Club, and worked as a project manager for prestigious and unique multi-million dollar projects, including in the Museum of Natural History. David specializes in purchases and refinances for conventional, FHA/VA, and non-QM loans, and investment property purchases.
