Rachel was very responsive and helped answer all my questions. The company as a whole was very easy to communicate with. Andy was very organized at closing and had everything ready to go.

I am beyond grateful. The way that my Annie Mac team, Danilo and Lani, handled our home loan was absolutely amazing! Danilo is so knowledgeable and experienced and was able to provide friendly and efficient service. Danilo and Lani both worked so hard to expedite my loan approval and we met the closing date! We are so grateful for the service we received from Lonn Vreeland. As new homeowners, we were a bit nervous about the process. Lonn explained everything thoroughly at each step of the way! Besides helping us to feel comfortable, he was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a mother daughter house, so that my elderly parents can move in. Lonn worked through all the numbers with us right at the beginning, factoring in extended family finances and the future sale of my parents house. His explanation was clear and gave us confidence in knowing how it was all going to work. He also worked amicably with our realtor and attorney, and, last but certainly not least, we closed on our house in 24 days!! All the deadlines were met and more so, we closed a day earlier than expected. We certainly recommend Lonn and the team at Annie Mac to anyone looking to buy a house!
