KELLIE CAUDILL (Branch Operations Mgr of the Autullo Mtg Team at AnnieMac Home Mtg located at 11385 Montgomery Rd - Ste 210, Cincy, OH 45249) was absolutely AMAZING...I feel like she went above & beyond to make our entire experience as easy and painless as possible. She was extremely responsive. Whenever she was unavailable, she would literally text me during whatever meeting she was in to tell me when she'd get back to me, and she did get back to me at the time she said she would. She also responded to my emails timely, even when I sent them after 8pm at night...she'd literally respond at 10pm or 11pm at night. Kellie really cares about giving the BEST customer services and IT SHOWS. She would be a valuable asset to ANY COMPANY, and AnnieMac is EXTREMELY LUCKY to have her. It is unfortunate that not all customers take the time to respond to surveys or submit detailed feedback about their experience...so I am not sure Kellie has received the recognition she deserves from other customers in the past. But I am beyond certain that others have had the same AMAZING experience that our family has had, and I can tell you that about 90% of that experience is due to KELLIE CAUDILL.
The other 10% is due to Brad Rost who also deserves kudos. We do not want to minimize his role in this transaction. Brad was helpful, responsive as needed, and we have no complaints. But Brad also wasn't really "in the trenches" with us (so-to-speak) like Kellie was...so we can't honestly answer this specific question by reporting that it was Brad--as opposed to KELLIE--that made our experience "GREAT."
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE recognize Kellie for this; it will go a long way to retaining her. (I am not sure who will read this, but--by way of context--this tip comes from an attorney who has been practicing exclusively management-side labor & employment law for almost 20 years. Employers frequently pay me $545/hour to help them assess whether certain individuals (not all--but some): (1) would be "good" or "bad" hires; (2) should be retained, promoted, and/or demoted; (3) should receive compensation increases or decreases--and sometimes to what extent; and (4) might be at-risk of "poaching" by competitors if retention measures are not implemented to ensure they remain happy and engaged. I am obviously offering unsolicited advice here, but it's also free! ;) Kellie appears (at least to me) to be very seasoned in her field, as she gives great customer service, and I suspect her name will get around. I would therefore simply encourage AnnieMac (or whatever legal entity is her direct employer) to keep these considerations in mind so as to best ensure that Kellie remains happy and engaged...which will reduce the chances she might go elsewhere if a competitor every came "a knockin'." ;)
Again, thanks for everything...overall, BEST process we've ever experienced in home mortgage lending experience. (We hope it's just as painless during our recasting of loan...PLEASE don't disappoint us during that process!)
