To me communication is everything , if not in person the electronic. Michael was great and patient answering questions and concerns . Another refreshing aspect is that no-one was to good to be down to earth ex; Kyle in processing , after the first couple of Emails they stated with ; Hey Brian, & Micheal was “ Hi Brian , to me being in the service industry for 45 years ,it’s nice to know we can still talk to one another. If I was in your business I would do all I could to steal Michael away from you he that good .
