Michael is very straightforward with clients and the realtors he works with. As an agent I always knew what was going on. He responds to every text, email or call. If someone is not qualified to buy he will let them know what to do to get there. I need a lender I can trust to help more buyers get to the closing table.

I just closed my third mortgage with Youssef, and as always, he was always on top of things and honest. If he could do something, he would say so, and if not, he would let me know. Having refinanced twice in 27 months, I find the entire mortgage experience less-than pleasant. Stephen was involved from start to finish and was the voice of calm and reason through the process. Otherwise, it feels as if the system is over-burdened and lacks empathy. I was very happy that I was able to communicate with Stephen throughout the process and at the end of the day, we got the best transactional experience and result that we could have hoped for.
