Working all hours, it's great to have a lender that responds in the evenings and on the weekends to help clarify questions when drafting an offer. True to his word and met all timeline goals for this transaction! Staying connected with the buyers through the whole process was truly convenient, along with assisting in educatiing buyers through the entire home-buying process :)

Process was super fast I think in 2 weeks or less. I had tried 2 different persons before Rebecca Carr and they would take a long time to reply emails and they wouldn't answer the calls and one of them lied about closing costs. I would definitely recommend Rebecca Carr

Being a first time home buyer, I had no clue on how the process works and Meghan was there to guide me through the entire way. She was made sure that I was up to date on where I was at in the process and sent friendly reminders to make sure I had everything needed in order by the closing date. Although there were a few bumps in a row (which was my fault) I overall had a great experience. Mark Crocetto was very professional and made things easy to understand. He was also available for me to contact anytime I had a question to ask about the process of getting the loan and I relied on him heavily throughout this whole process.
