If you are looking for a professional, hard working, and dedicated lender look no further! Eric Hutton is an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer he made the process as easy as it can be and was extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question Eric was prompt in responding. I was working with another lender in the beginning of my home buying journey and the interest rate was high and they were not personable. I was hesitant about pursuing buying my dream home. That all changed when Eric was recommended to me. Eric was able to get a me lower interest rate and made buying my dream home a reality. Throughout the whole process Eric was personable and kept me informed about the whole loan process! Eric even came to the closing to congratulate my husband and I on buying our dream home.
