Daniel was great to work with from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I entered the process with a very limited understanding and many questions. Daniel was not only patient and timely with his responses, but excited to answer all of my inquiries. His computer science and mathematics background was also very apparent. He was able to explain all of the technical aspects of the loan and home buying process with ease and in a way that I could easily comprehend. It was clear that Daniel has a passion for the work he does and he made the process much less stressful than it could have been. 10/10, would recommend.

It really wasn't any particular issue with Aaron Tedrow, instead it's the exhaustive process to complete the numerous, over and over again, requests for information. I applied for the refinance in December of 2020. Even though I was approved for the refinance, the transaction did not close until June of 2021. Seven months of review is unacceptable for a refinance! It's the process and whoever is being used as the "underwriter" or "investor" or any other term is almost unbearable to work through. Many times, I was tempted to just forget the whole thing, but due to Aaron's guidance and advise, I stayed with it till the end. I had used Annie-Mac back in 2016 for my original mortgage loan and that process was so easy and quick. Because of that experience I choose Annie-Mac again for the refinance. Totally different experience. So, no knocks or criticism of Aaron, it's the process that needs to improve.
