Shane and Stacey were GREAT when it came to communicating what was needed to move through the process, Shane was very knowledgeable about rates, current events, and when to lock in a rate, and with this being the second mortgage I’ve done with team Katie, the experience keeps getting better!

I can’t say enough good things about Team Katie! I initially stumbled upon Katie when I was looking into MassHousing loans and I’m not sure I’ll ever be so lucky again. I have never had a better customer service experience than with Team Katie. As a first time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous to go through this process, but Team Katie made everything easy and painless! I felt supported through each step and the team was lightning fast to reply when I had a question or there was an update. Team Katie alerted me of the new MassDreams program and were able to help me get a sizeable grant that I never would have known I could qualify for.
