Initially when dealing with Katie at the start of the process, communication was excellent. Later on when others were added to the mix, we would receive multiple emails from multiple individuals, some of which telling us to opposite things. We have been told that everything was all set to go in regards to the appraisal, which we found out was not accurate. We understand some things can get lost in translation, but just being told by one person, we needed to upload documents for the approval process, and another person telling us we were all set made it extremely confusing and difficult.

This was my first time applying for a mortgage. Team Katie did such a great job at explaining every step to me. I appreciated your team taking the time to explain everything to me and respecting that this was my first time through the entire process.
