To say Chuck is amazing at what he does is an understatement. Being a first time homebuyer in the crazy 2022 market, Chuck was the one constant we could rely on. From start to finish, Chuck was available at all times to provide helpful and thorough guidance to help us navigate the process. He stuck with us through several offers up until to the very end when we finally closed on our first home. Day, night or weekend, Chuck was there for us ready to go with whatever we needed at that time. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone!

chuck always made himself available for any and all questions before , during, and even after the purchase of my home .That was huge for me as this was my first home and i was very green with the whole process.

We had a great experience with working with Chuck. In this complex, crazy market, fast paced market he was able to get us approved and closed quickly! During the 6 week process, Chuck was easy to contact and always replied to text and emails. He kept us informed every step of the way and explained the process so it was understandable. He made sure things moved forward in a timely manner and his follow up videos were a great and personable addition. His knowledge and expertise of was impressive.

Buying a home is a hectic process; no denying. Having done this 8 or 9 times, you get to a point that you hope certain pain points go smoothly, but are always on edge for things to fall apart. While this transaction lived up to that constant, Chuck was by far the best lender I've ever worked with on a home purchase. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, always available and fair. He took an area that can be a bit stressful/time consuming and made it easy! I HIGHLY recommend Chuck!

Where do I begin? I am extremely thankful to have had Chuck Tegano as my mortgage loan person and in my corner. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! His professionalism, expertise, kindness, patience, sense of humor, and guidance every step of the way are all things that I am grateful for. I had so many questions, and he was patient as he answered all of them (sometimes multiple times!). He was always available or got back to me immediately and would check in regularly to see if I had any additional questions. He explained every step of the process and told me what steps would follow next, so that I always knew what was happening and the status of the loan process. My wife and I worked with Chuck since early spring of 2022, we were introduced to him by one of my childhood friends. He came highly recommended by my friend, but the additional research we did showed he was loved by many. The first thing you notice about him is his vast knowledge of the industry. The second is his witty humor. Although our journey was over a year, Chuck made sure to always check in. He fielded my many questions and was always willing to answer one more question. Once we found our home, he told us what to was to be expected each step of the way. He and his great team were able to expedite the process and we were able to close in just over a month. I highly recommend Chuck if you are looking for someone who is an expert in the field and will make the process memorable.

Selling and buying a home on your own can be very stressful, especially during the holidays... and it was! But having Chuck as my "mortgage guy" reduced my stress levels significantly. His guidance from the start was a welcome relief - he not only walked me through every step of the process, but he also called to give me updates and sent videos of where my loan was in the process and what the next step(s) would be. He looked out for me and was even able to get my locked-in rate, lowered due to market changes. He was available at all times to answer my questions and meet with me to review what was to come. I had a number of frustrations during the overall experience, but none of my frustrations had to do with my mortgage. That was the one thing that went consistently right. I thank Chuck and his team from the bottom of my heart and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
