David has been so amazing. He completely walked my father and I through the process of buying a house in providence with a VA loan. Now he is helping my partner and I buy our first home. He even worked on Easter Sunday to put in an offer for us. There is no one else I would rather work with on such an important purchase.

If you are looking for a lender that is direct, transparent, empathic, supportive, all while educating you in the process, David is your guy. David assisted and educated us on selling our previous home and purchasing our current home. He is easy to work with and worked seamlessly with our realtor. Not only did David work with my husband and I directly, he went above and beyond by keeping open lines of communication with our sellers and our buyers team. David is persistent, consistent, and a man of his word. We would recommend David to anyone looking to buy a home, you will not be disappointed. Initially applied for a loan with a different loan officer at a different bank, but ultimately found myself looking at other options because the one I had was slow to respond and didn't explain things well. This was especially important for a hot market as listings in the area were going to contract in 2-4 days! Found David Frankel and couldn't have been happier. He was always fast and responsive, happy to help, and he worked hard from first call to closing. He explained all the different financing options and made everything easy to compare/contrast. Also, turn around was great: we gave him the info he needed and in no time at all he had the documents we needed to supply to the requesting realtor/seller.We even needed to make an amendment to the financing aspect of the contract and he made sure all the language and terms of the loan were updated. Turns out, finding the right loan officer is just as important as finding the right realtor. We're so glad we worked with David Frankel. If we find ourselves in the market again, he's the one I'll call.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and David was such a great help! He was always available to answer questions and was always very responsive. He even answered the phone when he was with his daughter at a parade! David came to our closing as well just to make sure that everything went through as it should. He also had a great sense of humor and was just a pleasure to talk to! I'm so happy we ended up going with him as our loan officer!

My husband and I were both first time home buyers. Needless to say we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. David was an absolute life saver and i cant tell you how many times I had texted or called him to make sure I was doing everything correctly. He was incredibly patient with my husband and I and was super on track with all of our documents. We would never have been able to close on time or maneage our way through the minefield without David. Also it doesnt hurt that it was always an absolute pleasure to talk to David; he is incredibly personable and really goes beyond just the bussiness aspect of all this. Would highly recommend.

With my profession, my line of work can be a little demanding so I don't necessarily have the time to put in especially when it comes to buying a house.
