Renee came to help when our original lender that we were going to use wouldn’t answer our calls. We were desperate to find someone to help us when we were trying to get offers in. Renee was great from the first conversation she was up front and honest about what they could offer. Being first time home buyers we didnt know what a FHA loan involves she helped us understand it all. When we found our home she made this process stress free. She contacted us when she needed to have us fill paperwork work and explained everything. We did multiple video chats to go over everything. She even video chatted to go over closing documents so that we weren’t overwhelmed or stressed. Also to understand and answer any questions we had, I really appreciated this so much.
