I highly recommend Youssef and his team to anyone going through the home buying process. Applying for a mortgage and gathering the necessary paperwork can easily be a daunting and overwhelming task but Youssef and team made it as simple as possible with their clear communication, outlining exactly what was needed from us each step of the way. We were able to get our pre approval in a very short amount of time, allowing us to submit an offer as soon as possible in a home buying environment where every second counts. When it came time to finalize things, Youssef and team worked overtime to meet our accelerated closing timeline and all the terms were exactly what he told us they’d be (or better!).
