My interaction turned out to have a lot of interesting turns and challenges to overcome, that were not your everyday issues, and the team lead by Steve was always on top of it. I was very glad to have him looking out for me. The only downside and almost cost a half a point in interest, was the legal individual i spoke with and communicated with. He wasn't a practicing lawyer in OR, which was a slow of days, in which I didn't need the documents, that i had a lawyer draw up. Steve & Travis awesome
