Steve has closed approximately 42 loans for me in my real estate career. I always recommend him to my buyers as he is the best at explaining the process to them. He is detailed, knowledgeable of every type of loan and most of all, honest. When issues come up, as they usually do, Steve works night and day to get them resolved. He answers phone calls at all hours from his clients and Realtors. Steve is not just a lender, Steve becomes a good friend to all!
