Greg is fantastic to work with. He is very responsive, and puts everything in terms that people easily understand. I have worked with him in the past, so it was a no brainer to contact him about the refinance of my home. Within 1 hour of Greg receiving the documents needed, he provided me with options for my refinance, and I was connected with the right people to process my loan within the week. Stephen was great to work with! He was there to answer all my questions. And as a first time home buyer, I had a lot of them. As I am someone who has to be in control, this was a hard process because I had to let go of my control. He calmed me down when my anxiety tried to take over. He was real and was very reassuring. And I appreciated it so very much! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lender!

Continue do what you do more communication regarding processes and for all players to be on the same page. In regards to grants better communication is needed from all principles to better prepare new buyers for proactive decisions opposed to reactive decisions
