Michael always responded very promptly to any questions we had. He was always extremely professional. Michael worked very hard to get us an outstanding interest rate and we are very appreciative. This was our first time going through the refinancing process and Michael made it exremely stress-free. He was very thorough with his explanations throughout the process. The whole experience was great, because Michael Livezey is very prompt in his communication. He is very quick to respond to emails/texts/calls. He went beyond the mortgage and advised us on septic tank, which is a completely new area for us with no knowledge. Even when the sellers created few hiccups he guided us thru the process.
