- I was asked for the same info and docs multiple times. This screams poor document/information management processes and I feel my personal info is at risk.
- My credit score is 800+ and I provided proof of substantial assets at an early stage in the process, yet my account was subject to much scrutiny which delayed the process and yielded unnecessary/frustrating correspondences.
- Not all requests from reps came with clear instructions.
- I'm very happy with the rate Matt secured for my loan.

As a working mom like Morgan, I was looking for an easy refinance that didn't involve much time on my end- and she did just that! Even when I was trying to decide between going with Morgan or staying with my current mortgage company, she did not push me- but simply broke down the differences and encouraged me what loan was best no matter who I decided to go with. I had a million questions, and Morgan was always available to answer my questions- no matter if it was a weekend or 8:00 at night!
