I could not believe how absolutely smooth Jolie made this entire refi process. She was always incredibly transparent while keeping us informed about our options, and you could always trust that she was genuinely trying to get the best deals. She was able to get us the lowest rate out of all the lenders we checked, but the thing that sold us on the entire experience was how absolutely pleasant and helpful she was. I’m already recommending to friends looking to refinance or buy.

Believe me when we tell you that Rudy and his team will do everything they can to get you in the house of your dreams! He did this for us when others turned us away or didn’t seem motivated in wanting to help us at all.
Rudy was a professional from the very beginning and walked us through each step of the process always explaining everything so that we had no problems understanding exactly what we were doing and signing.
Michelle and I are now in our new home and it wasn’t by accident or chance...it was because Rudy and his team cared enough about us personally to make sure that we were happy and taken care of completely!

Working with Chuck was great! He answered all of my questions and his estimate of closing costs was dead on. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to put thought into his responses. He responds to all inquiries (no matter the timing or the content). Chuck even prepares videos to guide you through the process! We were given estimates on what the rate would be and the rate we got was much higher. I know that Ms. Lane does not set the rates, but it would have been better to know that we were going to get one higher than we expected. Also, it took longer to close than anticipated - again - not really Ms. Lane's fault as she can only provide us information that comes from others. Again, if we knew it would take until December to close we would have been better prepared.
