Michelle is extremely patient and knowledgeable when it comes to her job. Any fears I had or my husband had she explained how it worked and helped to calm us down. She made the process go smoothly. Faith is patient, kind and very helpful. Mortgaging/refinancing isn’t something people do routinely. Faith makes sure to explain everything in a way that doesn’t leave you lost, or make you feel uneducated in this field. She is always available even “after hours”. If we ever have to go through this process again, Faith Adams will be my first call. Can’t thank her enough!!
