Craig and Georgina were very good communicating what information they needed from me. Their turnaround time was unbelievably fast. I have done about five other mortgages and refinances since the industry requirements tightened up around 2010. I was prepared for a slow torturous process. I was amazed at how rapidly I received preliminary approval and then final approval and then loan documents. I would give Craig my highest recommendation.
