I've been through the process of applying for and obtaining mortgages several times. Chris Kimble made this, BY FAR, the most pleasant and simple. His experience truly shows... everything seemed to be streamlined and the whole process went extremely well.
I was concerned due to the pandemic. Chris and AmCap kept us all safe! I expected to have to go to a title company office to do the closing. Nope! A "mobile closer" came to my workplace and had everything prepared. It was ideal.
