I didn't know if refinancing my mortgage would be beneficial enough to go through the hassle. Chris went through my application and showed me (literally, via a video he prepared!) what it would mean and how I would do. Then he took me through the process and handled it capably and professionally. Strongly recommend Chris for any mortgage management.
