Matt and Hanifah were very responsive. We had some delays in the closing process but Matt and Hanifah did an excellent job explaining those delays and pushing the process forward. I would highly recommend.

Faith was excellent to work with, however I was disappointed with your underwriting team. Your underwriters delay in getting our documents almost caused us not to close this year with our attorney. We literally did not receive their closing documents until ten minutes after the start of our closing with our attorney. If it wasn’t for Faith and her attention to details, we would probably not have closed.

This is my first house and Roni was there at all time to answer my questions and she always and I mean always returns my calls if she misses it. She was very pivotal with me choosing AnnieMac as my lender as she makes everything clear. She does not hide fees and she explains everything in a way you can comprehend. She was prompt to resolve any issue I had. For example, my points were increased for no reason and Ronnie was quick to fix it.
