Adam had a very difficult job because I found out I was retiring under disability half way through the application process. We had to start from scratch. He persevered and even made a call to the Maryland retirement system and got a response when I couldn’t.
Tenacious. Optimistic but conservative.

Denise is as sweet as can be and was great to speak with. I represented the sellers, and her buyer (and agent) failed to communicate some changes to her situation that affected our closing, causing unnecessary delays. Denise communicated the issues at hand and jumped into action. While the experience itself was not great, Denise was willing to pay for a mobile notary to accommodate my sellers. I'd recommend her. She has great work ethic.

Matt and his assistant Damaris were tremendous to work with. Matt and his team were able to go from pre-approval on the day we submitted our bid (a Sunday, no less) to closing within 30 days due to Seller's short time frame.
