We bought a new house, Brad and his team were absolutely spectacular and I highly recommend. I was in the middle of refinancing my mortgage with another lender who assured me I was getting the "best rate". I saw a facebook post that Eric commented on and immediately reached out. We started communicating via chat and I decided to have him run my figures, low and behold he he was able to get .5 point lower than original lender. I was skeptical, how could this be so easy??
