This is my second review. I recently refinanced my refi loan with Rudy to take advantage of the lower interest rates that had become available. I wanted a lower interest rate, thus a lower payment. Rudy & Eric were excellent at working with me to achieve this. The refi process was fast, done entirely online, & very easy. Rudy & Eric both kept me informed frequently step by step as to what to do, what would happen next & they guided me along. They were very helpful answering any questions I had & giving me info & tips on handling my loan. I was extremely pleased that I was able to get a lower interest rate. I cannot thank Rudy, Eric & Debbie enough for all their hard work. I highly recommend them.

Laura was knowledgeable, communicated regularly and always answered my texts and emails promptly if asked a question. Half way through the procedure, I learned that the rate would be lower than as it had gone down a little bit in the process. I don't know if all companies would have let me know that, but I know Laura and her company did and that was a real check-mark in my book. Laura clearly knows her stuff and understands her client. I used Laura when I purchased my home and it was not even a thought process that I would use her in refinancing my home.

As first-time buyers, it was critical for us to find a lender that we could trust. Eric guided us through the five month lending process. He quickly got us preaaproved, wrote letters advocating on our behalf to sellers as we made offers, and stepped us through the mortgage process once our offer was accepted. No question was too small for him. We are now the proud owners of our first dream home with a 30-year-fixed Fannie Mae mortgage with an interest rate well below 3%. We would highly recommend Eric.

I'm not normally big on writing reviews, but felt I have to share my experience working with Jesse Schwager. I just closed on my first home in large part due to his relentless effort and hard work. I was far from an easy client, being self employed and having very little knowledge of what it takes to get financed. Jesse guided me through a very intricate and daunting process where many loan originators would have given up. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, proactive and very responsive. I write this review as a Realtor and a happy client. I would absolutely recommend Rudy to my family, friends, as well as clients.
We wound up working with Rudy and the team after we had a terrible experience with another lender. The previous lender missed 3 closing deadlines and never communicated with us. This caused us to nearly lose the house. We reached out to Rudy and he got it done in a timely manor. Communication was great with someone always there to answer questions and give updates.
Couldn’t have asked for a better team member on our home buying experience and I say this with certainty, if we hadn’t had used Rudy we wouldn’t have closed. He got the job done, thank you Rudy!!!
