32 Emails to me and uncountable emails and phone calls to my wife during this transaction. No one persons fault, but the coordination of multilple people and contacts was borderline overwhelming. One individual should have headed up the team to complete this transaction. All this one day before the signing as we were on the road driving up from Florida. And even one more fix as we were leaving the lawyers office and had to turn around, go back and sign yet another documental mistake.
